As many have said, if we wish to create a culture of peace, we need to start with ourselves.
And an essential element of inner peace is the ability to forgive.
As Martin Luther King, Jr. said “He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love.”
Forgiveness is a science, an art and a skill. It is something you can learn about; it is something you can practice, and it is something you can become pretty good at.
In this episode we touch on some of these aspects of forgiveness that we hope you will find helpful. What is it? How do I know when I am stuck in unforgiveness? How can I move into forgiveness?
Let me end this introduction with a quote from Lewis B. Smedes, “to forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you.”
Always open to thoughts, comments, questions, and ideas
